  The seller shipped the item fast. The item was delayed in transit. The seller contacted me reference the delay and offered a 10% refund. I declined the refund as the delay was not the fault of the seller. I have purchased from the seller in the past, and items are always shipped fast, packed well, and as described. The item arrived a few days later. Thanks for the excellent service.

  The saddle was as described and shipped out quickly. As is becoming the routine, the package got lost in the USPS system for 5 or so extra days. The seller reached out to me to let me know that the package was lost in the system and would be late even though this was not their fault. I highly recommend this seller.

  Tubes just as described, nice quality, quick shipping but packing was just tubes in bubble wrap in a plastic mailer bag. not boxed. someone could be unlucky. I'd recommend this vendor and shop with them again.
