  The item purchased was shipped promptly in secure packaging. The LP cover was as described. Unfortunately, the vinyl skipped near the end of Side 2. I contacted the seller. He replied same day, apologized profusely. He instructed me to return the item for a refund of the purchase price and original shipping charge. He received the item and issued the refund immediately. Solid customer service. I would purchase from this seller again. Thank you!

  I'm extremely pleased with the vintage vinyl of Fresh Cream by Cream that I purchased from this seller at a very reasonable price.The seller's description was outstanding and I received exactly what I wanted and expected.The packaging included cardboard and the record arrived in perfect condition.The shipping time was excellent as well.A+ all the way.

  I ordered an item and the wrong item was derived by seller. I was told by the seller to request to send back item and he would ship me the correct item. I received a label and sent back in my own packaging. Seller received the returned item and never sent correct item. I did get a refund but Seller blamed the fact that he did not send another one on Ebay. We are talking about a $9 item. Come on really. You screwed up. In the past this has happened with other items was sent no charge.
