  Seller shipped the wrong bell (ordered right hand, shipped left). Seller responded quickly, offered partial refund or free replacement if I shipped back the item. I ended up keeping the item as the seller ships from China, so keep in mind the seller will make things right, it's just going to take awhile.

  Seller is a lier. They claim that USPS parcel was sent from New Jersey to Pennsilvania 11 days ago. I still did not receive a parcel. The USPS tracking system showing that the parcel is going all over USA from PA to NH, back to PA. I still did not receive my parcel, and the seller is writing "Please wait a couple more days" each tima I ask "where is my parcel".
