I'd tell anyone who's had problems with Shipping to be patient and reach out to the seller because he will investigate, and the product will eventually arrive. Oh, he also included a wonderful eye cream sample! I used it all up hence why it's not pictured. All in all a wonderful seller & I'll be a repeat customer!
