  This is the second time I’ve purchased this filter kit from the seller. The filters this time were NOT Baldwin filters as shown. They were some “USA” brand. I worked for Napa for 12 years. I’ve never heard of that brand I reached out and o the seller for an explanation. Zero response If you’re looking for quality and service then look elsewhere

  The seller has a valid complaint, Message with an explanation and an offer to have him return item was sent on the 18th but did not get to him. I have since sent him another message through abay with an explanation and an offer for him to return item. I have revised the item so that buyers will not have a problem in the future
