The USPS misplaced the package for over a month and took 3 weeks after the lost package search request had been submitted. So, thinking it was completely lost, the seller issued a full refund. But, eventually the package was located and eventually delivered so a refund of that refund was then made to complete the transaction ... again. Nice to have a seller that you can work through something like that with.
