  I contacted the seller for a refund or replacement for damaged products over the course of a whole month. Items were either previously damaged or from his or her packing for shipping. Had cans up again cardboard corners inside shipping box scraping up the cans. No bubble warp or anything that wouldn’t damage the cans. Damaged items and zero communication. I would not buy from again.

  Mary Stewart used to be one of my favorite authors, but I lost all the books when I moved. I was thrilled to find so many of them for such an incredible price. Everything was exactly as described. After picking up the box, I agreed that shipping was reasonable; it was heavy!. Everything was packed tightly. Excellent transaction. Seller made sure everything was undamaged in shipping. Biggest problem now is the order in which to read the books. Thank you. AAA+++

  It’s easy to give great service when everything goes to plan. It’s exceptional to do so when there is a hiccup.
