  When the confirmation arrived by email on 28th Oct. that product was arriving at lunch time this turned out to be correct and goods arrived sefely. It appears the telephone call made on Friday to EVRI was answered by a remote operator who told me goods would arrive the next day Saturday and after wasting the day waiting in for arrival I was annoyed and wrote in a complaint. On Sunday I checked email and was told goods would arrive on Monday and checked EVRI telephone and was told that arrival
