When the melamine faced plywood was delivered it was damaged on one corner, there was no damage to the packing. The seller was aware that I needed the full size. When contacted about the issue, including photos of damage, I got no reply. This seller is the worst I have ever encountered on eBay, and that is saying something. Replies were short as we’re a small family team juggling school holidays. The panel left in perfect condition – delays and damage were due to FedEx, which we explained. The buyer was extremely rude in all of his messages. We always try to resolve things fairly, but nothing we said would have satisfied him. Some people are just very hard to please, no matter what. All the best.
