  I ordered a replacement for a single 40k model out of the kit that I had lost. Order was received as described. I am in USA and they are in UK so shipping was about 3weeks. I messaged them to inquire about 2 days before it arrived an they responded within a few hours. The customer service was great and the long shipping is not their fault, it just is what it is. Fair price, order as described. Would order from again.

  while the item didnt ship with a tracking number, the seller did send me a notification that it had been shipped, a tight window of when to expect it, and combined all the shipping. it was nice to be able to get a unit in JUST the shape i needed for building, and not cost me an arm and a leg for literal! looking forward to buying from this seller in the future!

I ordered a very specific and difficult to find bait for a Warhammer 40,000 miniature debate was in great condition, the price was more than reasonable, and shipping was pron.
