    Item arrived as a new item, wasn’t shrunk wrapped but seems okay. Quality was as expected for a new hardback edition. Great value as others were selling for same price but used ! Also appearance is good with the hardback cover. Seller was happy to help in regards to delivery delay and responded very quickly. Item arrived a few days later than expected but that is more to do with the delivery company than seller.

    Great service on the book: it was good value, its condition is as described (new), it was packed securely in a strong recyclable card envelope and it arrived inside the delivery period!

    Really happy with the condition for the price as well and the seller was really helpful as royal mail didn’t send me any details of delivery but the seller sent me all details really quickly. Really happy with the book and service.

    First copy did not arrive. After I waited a sensible time I contacted the seller who immediately shipped another copy (tracked this time) without question. This arrived next day. Superb service with excellent communications from Ryefield Books.
