  I got the item and was happy. Unfortunately the earrings broke, before I even got to wear them. I contacted the seller and they said to return them for a refund. So I paid the shipping and handling to return them. I was very upset about only receiving a partial refund. Feel the issue was not rectified. I won’t buy from this seller again because I feel they don’t stand behind their product.

  Hi Judith, We are very sorry that you are upset. But if you were in our shoes, you would have done the same. You can not expect to give full refund to a customer after they return a broken item, Since we send you a brand-new pair of earrings. Then you wore it and broke it, send it back to us and expect us to give you a full refund. It is not possible!! Since it is 10k real gold, we are losing way more than what you paid. We trust you know why you didn't get full refund.
