  From the beginning, this transaction was a nightmare. The seller apparently failed to examine the piece before listing. There was catastrophic damage to the piece that must all have happened at the same time and that was not disclosed. One of the repairs came apart in shipping. The seller was NOT helpful. I wanted a refund. The seller threatened me if the piece was further damaged in the return shipment. I had to ask Ebay for assistance. Fortunately, Ebay stepped in.

  Very well packed, they used a lot of tape to secure it. I was expecting it to be delivered by next Wednesday but it arrived today (Friday). It's a really nice piece of silver. Very happy with the process

  The watch was exactly as described, with all the details being noted. The packaging was excellent, very well protected and with "fragile" warnings for greater care during shipping. Good communication and good treatment. Fast and well protected shipping. Highly recommended seller.
