  Item came brand new and well packaged in bubble wrap! I had misunderstood the estimated shipping window and contacted the seller, and they were very patient with me and even refunded part of my purchase despite it having been a misunderstanding! It got here very soon after, in brand new condition as mentioned before!

  Arrived in perfect condition and is exactly what they said it is. The quality is exactly what is to be expected for video from that time and I have no complaints. It was expensive, but worth it to relive this happy part of my childhood. Packaging was undamaged and the boxed set pristine. I love the appearance of the box itself - it looks great on my shelf of other video treasures. ...and the personalized note they sent was above and beyond. 10/10 - would definitely buy again!
