  I received the drum and it came with a significant crack on the body from the shipping. Contacted the seller and sellers response was top notch hence the reason for the positive feedback. Seller assisted with the return and a full refund has been issued. I will purchase the drum again when it is back in stock and will continue to buy from this seller because the customer service was excellent.

  I am a happy customer. At first I was disappointed as the item purchased was not received. I honestly though I lost my money maybe thinking it was a scam. So I decided to reach out to see if I would get a response. Sure enough I did. I told Riconmisic what had happened and boom they assured me that the mistake was on their end and they would send me my intended product.
