  item came as described, and was the real deal. authentic. shipping costs are alright, and worth the value. the packaging was also alright and it came in it’s original plastic wrap as well so bonus points! love my wolfchannie. couldn’t get ahold of the seller unfortunately, but in this case it was the real deal so it was fine. thank you! can’t wait to take Channie out everywhere with me :D

  The item was as displayed and described, with proper packaging and care taken for a value item. For some reason the post office decided that my order was going to stay in (city withheld) for an extra month, this I saw as the seller kindly gave me tracking. I do not hold that against the seller, so despite the post office’s error(?), all is well and I’m happy with the purchase.

  Usagi is absolutely adorable! Although the shipping took 7 days longer than expected from Japan to the US, I’m still very grateful to have received my package. He came with both his weapon and food, just as described. It also included a thoughtful thank-you card, a cute little picture of a flower, and an instruction manual on how to use Usagi, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering international shipping. Thank you, Riko Life, for your support and time!

  The plushies I purchased arrived much quicker than the estimated shipping which was a huge surprise!!! Usually items take ages to arrive in Canada, but they came so quickly!!! They were packaged well and wrapped in bubble wrap, so they arrived safely and securely. They were in perfect condition, and they're SO absolutely adorable, I'm so beyond happy with this purchase. This seller also did an amazing job and I would absolutely buy from them again!!!!
