  I had an issue where Fedex damaged the box badly during shipping and the cassette was damaged. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic - responsive and got me a replacement part within 5 days. I can really trust them. Product is OEM without the packaging. All components are in great condition and new. Great value for money. Highly recommend buying from them. Shipping to the uk was super quick within 7 days, arriving on a weekend. A++++

This Time there was a Shipping issue for US New tariff. Seller without Me having to Say anything Corrected the Issue, And I would Still Say Super Super Fast Shipping to Canada.   I am very impressed! Intercontinental delivery took less than 3 days. All items accounted for including crank plastic cap and bottom bracket shims. And the shifter is exactly as requested.   Everything well packaged, all looks good quality and appears to be brand new as advertised. How ever nothing in the add stated it wouldn't be in original packaging but the value is there for a new SLX groupset so very happy and it arrived nearly a week early

  I was a little hesitant to order but I’m glad I did. The group set came quick via FedEx, I think it was about a week and a half. It was packaged very well. Everything was in the box and is brand new. It all looked great! I have since built the bike and all the components work flawlessly! The value you are getting here is excellent!
