  Since the tracking information was never updated and I was away from home, I was concerned about whether the package would be delivered. Although the status did not indicate “delivered,” I discovered upon returning home that it had, in fact, arrived a few days earlier. Despite my initial concerns, I am pleased that it arrived safely. Thank you for arranging the shipment so promptly after my purchase. I truly appreciate it and will make good use of the item.

  I have put positive because the mug arrived very well wrapped in bubble wrap in a box, but sadly the handle is broken into 3 pieces! I am very sad about that but it has clearly happened in the post and is not your fault as it was so well wrapped! It must have been dropped I think. I will try and superglue it if I can. 🥺 but had to leave you good feedback as clearly not your fault.
