This order of 10 DVDs was wrapped in tear-proof plastic...wish it had been boxed as well, to guard against USPS handling, but nothing was damaged in shipping. Good for the value. I didn’t receive the item until a couple days after it said it had arrived but that’s my own issue with the delivery service.

It did not arrive in "like new" condition. The decorative metal box the DVD series came in was dented up. Just a shame. It shows little effort on the shippers part. Pretty duflus. I think this vendor could do well but they need to work on packaging. Price was good. Delivery time was o.k. but not competitive with the big on line companies.

This seller has always been kind and responded to my messages and refunded me when things have gone wrong with certain items in my order. I just wanted to leave a review in defense of them and their service. Items usually come as expected, but when they don't, this seller does respond and make it right if you reach out to them properly!
