    Customer service was top shelf, I was contacted after I bought them to make sure they fitted my engine & were the correct piston rings. Clearly care more about there customers than just making a sale. Would happily buy again as they only took 2 days to arrive aswell! 5** all day

    Not serious seller..I bought 2 gaskets. Only one arrived... I wrote asking if it was a mistake or if 2 packages had been sent and they replied that they made a mistake and to apologize they would refund the entire cost. I received a refund of €8.50 (which is the cost of the 2 gaskets) but I had spent another €17 (shipping + customs fees for 2 gaskets). So basically I paid €17 for one gasket and now I have to order another paying import and shipping fees again...

    A picking error was made on this order for which we apologise. The transaction amount was refunded in full from our side. The shipping and customs fees were paid to eBay and we don't see this side of the transaction, nor have any control over it. Despite this, we reached out to the buyer to reimburse him via a goodwill payment, he did not reply.
