  Unfortunately the shoes are too big for some reason (too long), but that is not the fault of the seller. However, once again I am reminded why I usually never buy from sellers who do not accept returns on items like this. I think a lighter box would have made shipping more reasonable and still would have adequately protected the shoes. Otherwise, the condition was as described and shipping was prompt.

  After a mixup with my original transaction, the seller went very far out of his way to satisfy the offer he made to me. I’m beyond pleased with the level of Customer Service. I received the packaging was exemplary. If everybody packaged their cars like this, there would be no problems. The deal I got on the car was beyond fantastic and communication with the seller could not have been better. I strongly recommend the seller I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. A++++
