  Extraordinary seller!!! The parts arrived fast, as described, perfectly packed and in NEW condition, also as described by the seller. I already installed it and it works perfectly well. We were going bonkers trying to get to understand what was wrong with our old ACU 400 Actuator. It is now obvious it was busted. We were offered several different options, including a refurbished unit, but we didn’t fall for that. We bought this new part and problem sold. Back to failing! Thanks a lot!!!

  Product was exactly what they said. Only I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. The real test of a great seller is how they handle user error. They refunded my purchase with a small fee (for opening the unopened box -reasonable). What I hoped and more than what I expected. I would definitely buy from them again knowing they are willing to work with me on my error.

  Missing wires when it arrived. Seller said call garnin , it’s new. Garmin provided wires. Connected it and found it full of previous owners phones. Garmin also confirmed unit is not new. It’s a return. Cannot recommend seller.
