  The seller informed me that they had to cancel the order due to the item being defective, it was part of stock that they'd had delivered, the seller refunded me straight away, I was really happy with the sellers honesty regarding the item & that it had obviously been checked out before posting it out to me. I recommend this seller & will purchase from them in the future, the incident has NOT put me off them.

  Ordered 2 different lights on late Monday evening both delivered in one nice package via tracked Royal Mail on Thursday afternoon, week before Christmas. Good service from all involved. I haven't set the lights up yet outside but I have checked they light up. Good comms from seller.

  Items as described. Better than expecting. Quick delivery however boxes were damaged - not enough protective wrapping. Disappointing as these were to be given as Christmas presents.

  I cannot say how grateful I am to have retailers like this as they actually care about the customer and making sure they are satisfied. Prices were great, description and actual tangible product were bang on, came in early and communication was top shelf.
