  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Seller never responded to any messages and sold a defective item as NEW. This is an abomination. Seller was asked properly and politely to pack it well straight away after purchase and the seller never responded to that message. Seller was informed that the item was defective it has been 2 and half business days with no reply. Seller sold a music player as new but after trying it it only worked 50% all it could do is play and stop but it cost as much as a new one.

  We mailed your item the same day it was purchased and Ebay sent you the tracking number. We can't mail faster than that. As stated in our listing we have a 14 day refund policy and Ebay would have honored it for 30 days if the item didnt work. You never placed a return request or even contacted us with any issues until after you had the item over 30 days.
