  Shipping was fast, the pen was carefully packaged (an extra case was included, free of charge), and although the item was described as "very good", it was actually in mint condition. The price was more than reasonable and the communication was excellent. One of the best sellers on ebay.

  Item received safely today after a nightmare of a delivery where the item was more than a week late with very little useful communication from Parcelforce. The issue was with Parcelforce not the seller (so this nightmare is not reflected in the ratings) who tried to help by chasing / communicating with the Parcelforce. Item is as described. Would purchase from the seller again (but maybe not using Parcelforce).

  The parcel was delivered today. Unfortunately it was damaged by the courier . I contacted the seller and she responded straight away and issued me a total refund. She was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Had it not been broken it would have been exactly as described.

  Great buy with better than described pins and pots, at a very good price. So many more hat pins than I thought there would be, all expertly packaged, and the holders are in great condition and packed well too. Shiping was very quick.
