  HORRIBLE Experience with this SELLER! Not as DESCRIBED or ADVERTISED Chico Coat, wrong tags attached with the size on it and 2 sizes smaller! The SELLER told me to start a return request and then has charged me $20.00 in shipping costs for a $16.50 item to return it supposedly for a full refund which is NOT TRUE & FALSE! BUYERS BEWARE as this is a BAD SELLER that has 0% Customer Service Satisfaction!

  I have accepted return with full refund immediately after buyer has asked me to do so in messenger, because item didn’t fit. Item sizing was described in TITLE, description section as well as tape measure. I don’t have ability to charge 20$ for shipping on my end ether. She cancelled return immediately, after me accepted it, didn’t send any messages to explain it and left this review.
