  I was sent the wrong item and sadly the one I had ordered was no longer in stock unless I chose to pay a higher price for a new one rather than the customer return I had ordered. The seller responded very promptly to my various queries and offered me either a full refund or a partial refund to keep the one that was delivered. I opted for the latter.   Repeat customer, outstanding service as always. My go to for my walking sticks to modify for my steampunk outfits. They look great, they are fantastic quality as standard so you don't need to modify them like I do. I've had 10 from this seller over the past year or so. Asked if I could have a multi buy discount for buying 5 at once this time and they agreed. Comms were always quickly answered. The sticks were dispatched quickly and delivered safely well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy again

  I ordered this clock thinking it had lite up hands to see in dark, but when it arrived it didn't. So unfortunately no use to me.   Absolute brilliant eBay seller had a problem with the table missing parts Contacted the seller and another was dispatched but unfortunately it got lost in the postal system without any hesitation they gave me a full refund. if I could find anything else from the company that I needed I would definitely use them again just great service

  Ordered this for our wedding with a few weeks to go. Sadly first item never got to us as was damaged by the courier and returned to sender. After contacting the seller Lorraine sorted a replacement no problems and sent it out so ot arrived in time. Can not fault the sellers communication and amazing customer service.
