  The order was easy to place and I received the tracking email but never received the item. I emailed the vendor and they responded saying it got lost in the mail and that they were now out of stock but would replace with a similar item for free. I have received a refund but no replacement.

  We received the shirt today, it was tightly packed in a small priority bag. When we opened the package the shirt was damaged; part of the shirt was embedded in the sealing section of the bag and was damaged upon opening. Do you have another medium shirt available or can you get one. Thank you

  Thank you so much!!! The seller was great, they immediately reached out and found the same shirt and sent us a new one. It arrived in time to ship it to my grandson for Christmas.   My son loved this jersey, and the quality is great. Unfortunately, we ordered a Medium and received a Large. Oddly, someone had hand written a M on the price tag, and crossed out the L in black sharpie. The jersey has L on the inside tag, so pretty clear what size it is. It still works, and fits fine, and he can grow into it.
