  unfortunately, the part did not work when it arrived. however, the seller was very prompt with his response and happily issued us a refund. Unfortunate that this part didn't work as saab parts are hard to find but this seller was great no complaints.

  shipping speed was quick. item was priced appropriately for a part in better condition. if it got cleaned that would be a big difference. it's whatever. So far as I can tell, part is as described. Container it was shipped in and the packing was just fine for keeping the part safe.

  Sorry for your disappointment but the part was dirty and greasy in the photos on the listing so you received the part in the condition it was in the listing.
