  When I first tried ordering some cards from retrojoezsales, I put in the wrong address. I messaged retrojoezsales pretty soon after I ordered explaining my mistake and within 10 minutes he refunded the order so I could buy it again with the correct shipping address. He forgot one of the decks of cards in the main package and sent another smaller one with the remaining deck. All of that was clearly and kindly communicated to me.
