  The best seller I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with on eBay. When my purchase arrived in the mail, which was very fast by the way, I found it to be faulty.   I d definitely recommend purchasing - amazing customer service The Item wasn t as well described as it could of been ( scuffs on ds shell and bottom screen. No stylus) After communicating with the seller I can tell this was a genuine mistake. I decided to go with a refund. Other options were mentioned,I think most people would of been happy with them Seller was genuinely kind and understanding. Even after I d unintentionally been a bit of Karen.   Fantastic. Package was shipped promptly and arrived within a week. Packing itself was great, the box had clearly taken a beating in transit but the contents were fine thanks to a plentiful use of bubble wrap and packing paper. The console and accessories were all there, and their condition is exactly as described. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this seller. Thanks so much!
