  I ordered the product and it was shipped out the following day, it arrived right when it was expected, the packaging looked really good, unfortunately when I opened it the item was broken,even though it was well wrapped and marked fragile all over the outside of the box, I'm not sure what else the seller could have done. I contacted the seller right after opening the box and had a response and a full refund within 15 minutes, would not hesitate to order from them again

  I really appreciated the experience with the seller. Great price, really well packed, and shipped quickly. During shipping, one of the glasses shattered (but it was so well packed none of the shards presented any danger). I reached out to the seller to let them know. The offered a full refund even though I argued for only half. Great to communicate with, said they’d make it right, that these things happen, and they did. The surviving glass is beautiful and has been taken care of.
