I said, No problem, please process the return request and I will honor it. Buyer had trouble understanding and for some reason it became more difficult than a simple return/refund for a defective item. I put new batteries and made sure the hands were moving, but did not watch the time for 24 hours so that’s 100% my fault. After reviewing this buyer’s feedback to others, I agree we are probably best to go our separate ways going forward.
