Had an problem with the item I purchased that was defective, upon describing the problem with the vendor and getting concurrence that that aspect of the product wasn't tested, and concurrence from the manufacturer that the problem should not be occurring, the vendor immediately refunded the purchase.   This seller is one of the best seller I've dealt with in many years, I had an issue with a purchase and because of a temporary eBay snag, I wasn't able to contact them, although the seller reached out and offered the best solution to make it right. I'm very pleased with the product substitution they made and was able to finish my project in a timely manner. I like the track lighting so much, I'm sure I will purchase more of it.
