  The seller notified me as soon as the purchase went through and kept in communication with me even when it took a few extra days to be sent. The shipping was actually really surprisingly so fast that eBay didn’t get the notification until a day later that it was already delivered. My items quality was really great and in tiptop shape and well package to secure its safety. The cost of the item was really reasonable and nothing outrageous, they even gave me a special deal on the price too.

  A#1 Vendor! I always have to go hunting abroad for Makita cases, and with limited info. After much research, i purchased this case, but was concerned an hour later I made an error. Contacted the vendor a bit panicked, confirmed I had errored and sent in pictures of my angle grinder. Not only did they have the right case, but they switched it out without any messiness. Initially I was dubious (I always anticipate disappointment), but i got it today and it’s perfect! Super HAPPY! Great Vendor!

  Wonderful seller. Thank you for shipping the rare / discontinued puzzle carefully. It was sent in a cardboard box, with multiple layers of bubble wrap. I appreciate that the puzzle box was protected from transit damage. The puzzle is 15 years old, but kept in like new condition: still sealed, no discoloration to the box cover, inside contents are complete. I built the jigsaw puzzle - happy there are no missing pieces! This seller is a great seller for old or collectible Japanese toys.
