  Item was listed as “new”, then after purchase I was told it was open box. The seller apologized for the error and offered a $15 credit with a free return option if any issues. While the original box was destroyed, the shipping box was well secured and padded. The pump works very well so far with no functional issues, but there was a significant chip in the paint finish. While the post-purchase status change was frustrating, the price, communication and quick delivery offset the issues.

  For some reason the item I purchased wasn't delivered by the postal service and was returned to seller. Seller could have refunded my money and resold the item, but chose to resend. Item was delivered on the 2nd attempt. I wasn't in a hurry to receive the item and the process worked. I am grateful the seller didn't give-up.

  Product was exactly as described. Used, but really good condition. Not only great price vs. new, but Seller was very reasonable. Turns out, I didn't need the part: I was able to repair mine upon removal. Seller was great about the return, and the refund. Would definitely work with this Seller again.
