  The steering wheel was 100% as promised, no issues with quality. The shipping, not so much. It took way too long for this to get here, it took 3 weeks longer than advertised. It was sent USPS, another mistake. I would buy again from this vendor but they need to ship UPS, even it is costs more. Steering wheel arrived undamaged, looks great.

  Ordered this steering wheel on 6/28 with delivery due by 7/9. As of 7/21, item still hadn’t shipped—tracking shows UPS never received it. Seller was extremely unresponsive and only replied with vague updates. When I requested a refund, they refused, saying they couldn’t issue it until they received the item from their overseas vendor. Had to escalate to eBay. Poor communication and lack of accountability throughout.
