  I VERY POLITELY ASKED SELLER IN ORDER NOTES TO PLEASE PUT IN SOME CARDBOARD PIECES ON FRONT AND BACK OF ITEM TO HELP PREVENT DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING BECAUSE ITEM WAS VERY DELICATE AND FRAGILE. - IT WAS A CARBURETOR JET CLEANING NEEDLE AND BRUSH SET. - SELLER REFUSED AND ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED WITH BRUSHES BENT BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY SHIPPED IN A THIN WHITE PLASTIC ENVELOPE WITH NO PROTECTIVE PACKING AS I ASKED. - VERY DISAPPOINTED. - TO ADD TWO SMALL PIECES OF CARDBOARD WAS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR ! !

  The day after I received these one side quit working and I asked the seller to send me a new one, instead they refunded me $10.00. Now less than a week later the other side quits working!!! I would not recommend buying from this seller!
