  Item/sling exactly as advertised and brand new. Seller needs to work on getting his products sent out on time vs sitting in an idle status for 15 days vs a deliver date of 23 Dec 24 NOT 2 JAN 25. In addition when contacting seller his response was to blame me for opening a item not received ticket through ebay. Customer service communication is average at best. Pricing of item was good.   Rest assured that this seller is fantastic in every way. The item was sold for a great price, and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was defective. However, the seller quickly responded to my msg, offering a refund, and to cover return shipping costs. I just had to drop the package at the post office, and let them scan a QR from my phone. A refund was issued promptly upon receipt of the return. While unfortunate, I couldn't ask for a better experience in handling the issue. 👍
