Products that are refurbished by Renew4Me are restored to their original condition and performance. Each unit is fully tested, any broken or defective parts identified in testing are replaced and unit is tested again. Units are then cleaned, re-packaged and assigned to new refurbished part number.

Shipping was fast and it even arrived a day earlier than originally given by FedEx. The laptop was packaged in bubble wrap inside a box within a box, so was safe and secure. For the price, there are no complaints at all, as the value of a laptop with these specs is phenomenal, and performance is definitely not an issue. I would buy from this seller again!

They solved an issue...without informing me and left my questions unanswered. Then when the item arrived, the correct charging cable was not included. But they fixed that issue too. So some hiccups but they delivered exactly what I ordered. We can't be perfect all tye time, this was probably just a once in a while problem. So thank you Renew4me.
