  Smooth transaction, item as described - although I had to initially use a longer bolt to tighten the metal bracket around the swan neck towbar fitted to my SAAB 9-3…the one supplied was not long enough to go through both holes in the bracket.   Took too long to turn up 7 days,had to source elsewhere typical seller blames the post,tracking again did not work till delivered so it’s pointless as they can say it’s tracked straight away,this problem needs sorting by e bay as they can say parcel is no the way but in real time it’s not posted for several days later,this is we’re Amazon comes out on top,E Bay step up your game with the these sellers who operate like this,
