  This pump was in good shape as shown in the pictures, and the seller and ensured it would stay that way through shipping, by packaging it VERY well (2 layers of bubble wrap and packing around that) in a strong box. I rated shipping costs at a 4/5 because ALL shipping is ridiculously expensive nowadays, BUT THATS NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I will buy from this seller again.

  The only reason I post Positive feedback because of Liz who is an excellent Customer Support she was able to solve the problem and to issue me a full refund including shipping. 1) Item was not as described . 2) shipping cost was way overpriced. 3)seller does not answer most of the messages . 4) item was not shipped on time . 5) this problem took over a month from the purchase date until I received the refund.

  I received the item in great packaging. The seller was very prompt in answering all of my questions. The item was as described and was a good value for the price. Unfortunately the item did not fit my needs and the seller graciously refunded my purchase price and shipping. I will 100% consider this seller again for future purchases.

  This hard to ship, delicate item, was shipped right away. It was so extremely well packaged that any possible shipping damage was countered by the sellers forethought and care in packaging. This item was exactly as described in word and photo, there was no attempt to mislead in any way. This was a great buy for me, I would most hardly recommend this seller, as I know I will also look to do future business with him. Please note that my feedback was delayed due to illness. GREAT JOB SELLER !!!!

  The ultrasound machine shipped and arrived faster than estimated. It was packaged fantastically, with no worries of damage in transit. The item was of good value for the price listed, however it did have trouble functioning which was to be expected for a used and untested item. The seller was very professional and courteous, responding quickly with an offer of a partial refund or return of the item.

  Relink Medical did an excellent job to carefully palletized my SciFit Stepper. Item was refurbished clean and wrapped. Everything was perfect with excellent customer service arranging freight delivery services. Item was affordable and perfect as described. Thank you.
