  I am going to be kind & give a neutral rating, but my family says I should give a negative one. 1) Poorly packaged - there were multiple holes in the shipping box. The pump motor shaft was sticking out and all scraped up from damage. 2) I specifically asked the seller if the picture in the ebay ad was of the actual pump I would get. The seller said yes, but that was not true - they used a stock picture. What I got was in poorer condition & was definitely not as nice. I felt that was dishonest.

  As advertised. It took a long time to find the exact board that went with our Whirlpool microwave. it was packed well, but the components on the board got a little smooshed in packing, which concerned me, but it works perfect. Pics out of the box attached

  On the plus side, the was exactly the correct part to fix my dishwasher. On the minus side, the part could have been wrapped in a little more bubble wrap for shipping,
