  Item not as described, we asked for a refund and seller gave IMMEDIATE refund, including shipping, AND apologized, AND didn't even ask for the item back. How can any seller show more integrity than this one? I don't think Ebay shouldn't allow anybody with fewer than 100 transactions to leave negative feedback. It's not fair to sellers!

  I was somewhat disappointed in the seller response to my communication regarding damage to 2 items that wasn't in the original photos. The feedback was meant to possibly avoid damage in transit on future orders, by improving packaging. Response of "Sorry" didn't make my day. The item was also delayed in shipping, but that's on the post office. It was shipped on the 3rd and received on the 12th.

  Exactly as described, beautiful ring with all defects disclosed fully. Arrived safely although ring was loose in bubble wrap mailer without any protection against being crushed. Shipping cost probably set higher to allow low item cost, very understandable. No complaints, would recommend buyers request additional wrap to guard against rough handling or being stepped on (it happens). Honest seller, would buy again.

  Very nice, unusual piece. I'm very happy with it. I got a bargain here, I think it would have been more expensive if listed as 'Art Nouveau' rather than 'gothic'. Sent quickly and well packed in a lovely, gold padded envelope. From the US but the postage was reasonable and worth the wait.
