  The urn was stunning. I thought the price was very reasonable. Shipping was immediate. Although the item was beautifully packed and was clearly marked fragile, it was broken in shipping. This was definitely not the seller's fault, but she got everything straightened out immediately. I contacted her several times during the process. She always replied immediately. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
