  I feel that I should put a disclaimer here before I start my review. The device was open box and was in otherwise perfect condition besides the fact that, being open box, and the model, failed to work. Not the seller's fault at all! Now for the review: The seller was incredibly kind and reasonable and understanding. They shipped the device within the hour I bought it as I needed it for a college assignment. The seller and the experience was lovely and I would do business with them again.
