It should have been labeled "LIQUID" maybe, like some other packaged theirs is all. I am thankful I received what I wanted and what was described in the listing. I almost broke a thumb trying to open that oddly-wrapped bottle though. I mention that so you might reconsider how you ship out your full liquid bottles.
