  I thought I had purchased an Oral B water flosser but received some unbranded version in a cheao black and white box. When I questioned the change, the seller wrote "The keyword “Oral-B” was used only to help improve listing visibility—it does not mean the product is from the Oral-B brand". I complained but the seller said it was not illegal to decribe things in this way. It wasnt worthwhile paying to return it to them, not being sure how much they would refund.

  Exactly as advertised, nicely packaged, swift delivery and good value. When they arrived they were in individual boxes which are perfect to keep product clean and safe to use. Quality is good, condition too.

  Arrived safely and well packed in good time. I had a bother in charging it and for a while it didn't work. Excellent customer service and offer to replace. Hey Presto it did work and I am very happy. Great ebayer and Thank You.
