  The item itself was very cute; unfortunately, it arrived defective. I requested a refund from the seller and they were able to process a refund for me. They were very easy to communicate with and apologized for the inconvenience. I feel they were very customer friendly.

  Great item, responsive seller, andwell packaged. Just wish it came with instructions written in English… took me quite a bit of time though get it up and running before I could wrap and send it as a gift! Needless the say, it will be a “late” gift AFTER Christmas!

  Love the plushy! It’s very small the picture didn’t do it justice. Wish shipping didn’t take so long. Packaging could of been nicer.
