  Item arrived quickly and was just as described. I will say the tracking number that was given to me though was a Fed-Ex number and while I was watching the Fed-Ex tracking an item arrived from Amazon fulfillment and that was actually the item I ordered. I continued to track the Fed Ex tracking number and when the item was delivered, I viewed the picture taken and the item that was delivered (somewhere which was not my house was Adirondack chairs) so I think the tracking numbers are off.

  Carrier misplaced item in transit so I never received it. Contacted seller and he refunded my money right away good seller to do business with!

  FedEx lost my delivery but the seller made an immediate refund. Excellent customer service from the seller, but I recommend they contract with a new courier service given the amount of trouble they’re having with FedEx.

  Had problem with FedEx. Seller resolved it within a couple hours of my alerting them. Excellent service.
